About Allard Home Care
As the daughter of an aging parent, founder and CEO Kerri Leland started Allard Home Care to ensure the quality of care in her community met the standards she would want for her own father.
We began by building a team of compassionate, qualified home care aides and connecting with clients who value exceptional care.
At Allard Home Care, we focus on creating close, trusting relationships with each client and their family. We listen with compassion, communicate openly, and design care plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Our services support anyone with unmet care needs, whether you’re an aging adult, living with a disability, or recovering from an injury or surgery at home.

Our Team
Kerri Leland
As the daughter of an aging parent and of a former healthcare professional who specialized in geriatrics and psychiatry, Kerri has an authentic desire to improve the quality of care offered to anyone with unmet care needs in and around Fort Saskatchewan.
She is the mother of two young adults – an anthropologist and a firefighter – and she is the wife of a retired member of law enforcement.
Before launching Allard Home Care, Kerri devoted her professional time to her career in communications.
In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors, host friends and family in her home, read, go for walks, snuggle her dog, Walter, and travel the world with her husband.
Founder & CEOAmber Kosteroski
Amber has more than 20 years of experience as a Certified Health Care Aide with experience in Home Care, Long Term Care, Mental Health, Dementia Care, and Palliative Care, and brings her passion for working with the elderly to Allard Home Care.
She is a mother to two children, and in her spare time, she can be found cheering loudly at the rink during her son’s games or at the ball diamonds coaching her daughter’s softball team.
Her Ukrainian background also has her in the kitchen cooking traditional perogies and cabbage rolls with her mom. She loves to bake and cook a variety of foods, but Ukrainian will always be close to her heart.
